Basic information about the digital television broadcast
During 2008 - 2012 analogue broadcast will be replaced by digital broadcast.
After the prelusive scheme and the trial terrestrial broadcast, the whole device (below DVB-T) was officially set-off as a regular digital broadcast.
What digital broadcast brings:

- superior picture and sound
- better receiving – mainly in places of problematic analogue broadcast
- easy connection
- possibility of usage portable receivers with simple antennas

This antennas are developed only for digital broadcast. They have got one reflector, folded dipole with bazooka 300/75 ohm unsymmetric with high level gain at mentioned frequency. Geometrically short antennas are recommended for places in surrounding of transmitters. Efficient antennas are appropriate for further distances from DVB-T transmitters.
