The stove is a local heat appliance on solid fuel. Thanks to small dimensions it is intended mainly for cooking, baking and heating in weekend houses, cottages and smaller households. There you can take advantage as e.g. easy service and maintenance, fast putting into operation, reliability and very economical work . The stove is compiled of profiled or moulded steel parts and iron castings. The whole heat area is furnished by refractory bricks and sealed by fire-clay. An enamelled frame and two cooking plates intend an upper surface. The inner space is divided into a heating part and a baking part, this part includes an oven. In front of the flue way outlet there is located a heating valve which allows waste gases to go directly into the chimney within heating and cooking or under the oven within baking. On the front side there are stoking and ash door, a baking oven with a set of accessories (a pan, a baking tin, a grate, a handling crank) and a pull-out solid fuel bin.

STOVE ON SOLID FUEL WITH HOT PLATE "STYL 4"

The stove STYL 4 is intended to local heating of smaller housing rooms, weekend houses and cottages by brown coal burning system. It is also possible to use fuel wood. The type of construction meets requirements of ČSN EN 13 240 (Roomheaters fired by solid fuel – Requirements and test methods) and of ČSN 06 1008 (Fire protection of heating appliances). On the front side of the stove there are cast-iron stocking and ash doors with non heat conducting handle and with the regulation of primary and secondary air. The manipulation of the sliding and revolving grate is practiced by the handling crank while the ash doors is closed, so dustiness is remarkably lower during grating and stove cleaning. On the back side of stove there is a socket of waste gases outlet. The surface finishing is made by self-baking black warnish or by enamelling.

The stove STYL 6 is intended to the local heating of housing rooms, weekend houses and cottages by brown coal burning system. The stove has a hot plate for cooking and heating. On the front side of the stove there are iron stocking and ash doors with the regulation of primary and secondary air. The doors are furnished by non heat conducting handle. On the back side there are two openings with the regulation of tertiary air inlet into the furnace that allow more perfect burning and so improve the economical stove working. In the lower side there is a pull-out fuel storage. On the back side of the stove there is a socket of waste gases outlet. The roomy flue stack is furnished by hard-wall refractory bricks that allow burning of brown coal as well as of greater fuel wood pieces. The manipulation of the sliding and revolving grate is practised by the handling crank while the ash door is closed so dustiness is remarkably lower during grating and stove cleaning. The surface finishing of the stove body structure is made by enamelling in various color shadows. The Certificate No B-3000710-02 was issued for this product. It certifies the quality of stove in compliance with ČSN EN 13 240:2002 and ČSN 06 1008:1997.

FIRE STOVE

Fire stove serves for the local heating of housing rooms. It is constructed for wood pieces burning during occasional stoking. Miscellaneous wood waste can be used as well. It is not allowed to burn coals, cokes and housing waste there. The stove is welt of steel plates and in the middle there is a stoking chamber. Its front side is made of special large surfaced glass which is seated in the door. The inner area is built in refractory bricks. The bottom of the burning area is furnished by a simply solid grate. There is an ash area with a drawer under the grate. The lower part of the stove is used as a storage. Fire stove connecting to chimney vent might be provided in accordance with ČSN 734 210. We recommend to instal the stove into an independent chimney vent. Connect the pull off socket with a chimney by the shortest possible way. Producer is authorized to provide technical regulations.

ENAMELLED FLUE WAY

Thin-walled flue ways Thick-walled flue ways

Thin-walled flue ways are produced of diameters 118, 120 and 130 mm, in brown and anthracite colour. Enamelling prolongs their life considerably.
Thick-walled flue ways (1,5mm) are produced of diameters 130 and 150 mm, length 250, 500 and 1000 mm, in anthracite colour.

Protective plates are placed under the heat appliances on solid fuel which are installed on combustible floor. The installation of the heat appliance on solid fuel might be provided in accordance with ČSN 061008. The protective plates are made from plate of thickness 1 mm in rectangle form with the cutting corners 20 mm/45°. For the increasing of stiffness the protective plates are furnished by offset on their circumferences. The surface finishing of the visible side is made by enamelling in brown color.
